Plot: A Reboot on the 2014 Blockbuster Film, Frank (Matthew McConaughey), the monster of Doctor Frankenstein, has traveled alone in the world for 500 years as he looks for the reason he was made, abandoned, and why he has no soul. Till one day, a spicy reporter with a good head on her shoulders, Tina Mass (Mila Kunis) gets attacked by a group of vampires and rescued by the monster. She becomes obsessed and tracks him down to have him reveal to her that all the myths of werewolves, vampires, ogres, goblins, and even angels and demons are real and can't be seen by a human. Only humans with The Sight, a gift which is received if an Angel and a human had a baby, which is illegal under Heavenly Law. She joins Frank as Frank sets out to learn about his purpose to live and hunt down all creatures that disobey Heavenly Law, hoping to find his soul along the way.
He is also helped by a morgue specialist, Jimmy Graves (Paul Giamatti), who may know more than he appears. Roy Parks (Zach Gilford), Tina's on-and-off boyfriend and fellow Weatherman, is used to have Tina struggle with her old life as a reporter and her new life helping Frank. But the creatures are whispering about the right-hand man for Lucifer (Woody Harrelson) is developing a plan and it has to involve Frank and Dr. Frankenstein's Diary that Frank finds after the first two episodes defeating the vampire clan trying to destroy the sun with an ancient artifact from Heaven. Human Slayers, a group of monster hunters lead by Christina Frost (Kristen Kruex), are hinted to be hunting Frank and try to stop the plan from happening by killing Frank for good. Guest Stars: Martin Sheen (Underworld) plays as the head vampire Markcus, as Nina Dobrev plays Madam Frankenstein and Sebastian Stan plays Young Frankenstein for the opening monologue.
I want to go for a Angel/Supernatural type show but with better action scenes, which I mean many almost like the movie mixed with the Matrix, only filmed in NYC, for that's where the story takes place, and better horror elements with Emmy award Winning drama and the first twist on the fourth or fifth episode and more twist along the way just when you think its getting dull or comfortable to keep you interested in what happens next. There will always be a cliffhanger at the end and it will have something to do with the next episode or the main plot. I plan to use alot of Brothers Grimm, Myths, Biblical like Gabriel, Lucifer, or St. Peter, and Supernatural legends like The Grim Reaper or Dracula But the Angels that aren't accepted into Heaven yet are Gargoyles in disguise only to unearth when the world is in extreme danger and the demons look more from the Bible than the movie. Maybe have a Miss Frankenstein to throw in a twist one point or the other. The point of Frank's mission is to find himself and not feel like nothing but a monster, a creature of those he hunts. I would like to go with a TV-14 with a bit of violence like Supernatural, The Walking Dead, or The Following does.

Pilot Score: 4.45/5
It's a solid venture back into the Frankenstein universe, pick the right time slot and it could be a hit.
